To register, clients are required to bring:

• ID for each member living in the home

• Proof of address

• Proof of income

ONLY 1 parent/grandparent can claim the children for gifts, proof of custody is required

**No registration without appropriate documentation, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
